About the role
Seeking an experienced ERP Trainer to drive user adoption and training across manufacturing operations post-ERP implementation. This role acts as the internal subject matter expert, ensuring effective system usage and continuous process improvement across facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the ERP subject matter expert and lead end-user training initiatives
- Develop and deliver training programs, SOPs, and documentation for ERP and manufacturing processes
- Train new and existing users to ensure system adoption and best practices
- Analyze workflows to improve ERP utilization across manufacturing operations
- Partner with operations, inventory, purchasing, and planning teams to align system usage
- Support ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, and training rollouts
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven background as an ERP super user or key user
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
- Strong ability to train cross-functional and shop floor teams
- Knowledge of manufacturing workflows and Lean principles
- Willingness to travel across multiple facilities
