About the Role
We are supporting a global biopharma organization seeking a DMPK Project Representative to lead small-molecule DMPK strategy across discovery programs. This role provides scientific leadership, partnering with medicinal chemistry and pharmacology teams to drive data-driven decision-making from hit identification through candidate selection.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as DMPK representative on global, cross-functional project teams
- Provide subject matter expertise in ADME, PK/PD, and DDI assessment
- Lead design, execution, and interpretation of in vitro, in vivo, and in silico studies
- Partner with CROs on ADME outsourcing and study execution
- Analyze complex datasets and present findings to scientific and leadership teams
- Support documentation, manuscripts, and milestone deliverables
- Represent DMPK function internally and externally
Qualifications
- PhD with 6 years OR MS with 12 years OR BS with 18 years relevant experience
- Expertise in ADME and/or PK/PD modeling
- Publications or presentations in small molecule DMPK strongly preferred
- Experience supporting drug discovery programs
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)
- $115–$125/hr W2
- Final rate depends on experience and interview outcome
