About the role
Join a commercial operations team supporting contract administration activities across multiple business segments. This role focuses on drafting, redlining, reviewing, and processing commercial agreements while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting commercial contract administration and managing contract workflows in fast-paced business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and update commercial contracts and related agreements
- Manage contracts through approval, execution, and renewal workflows
- Collaborate with Legal and internal stakeholders on contract prioritization activities
- Support efforts to reduce contract backlog and improve agreement processing efficiency
- Maintain accurate contract logs, reports, and documentation
- Prepare reports and analysis related to contract activity
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including:
- Legal
- Sales
- Marketing
- Finance
- Customer Service
- Monitor expiring agreements and support timely renewals
- Support projects related to government bids, distributor relationships, and national accounts
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
- Maintain compliance with internal contract processes and procedures
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of commercial contracts administration experience
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and redlining commercial contracts
- Strong knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
- Experience managing contract workflows and approval processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in:
- Healthcare

- Familiarity with:

Compensation
- Estimated hourly range: Up to $50/hr (W-2)
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote
- Contract Duration: 6 Months
Salary : $45 - $50
