About the role
Seeking an experienced contracts professional to support commercial contracting activities within a fast-paced business environment. This role will focus on contract drafting, redlining, review, approvals, renewals, and contract workflow management while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and update commercial contracts and related documentation
- Manage contract workflow through approval, execution, and renewal processes
- Partner with Legal, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Strategic Accounts on contract activities
- Maintain contract logs, reporting, and documentation for tracking and compliance purposes
- Support backlog reduction efforts, contract renewals, and conversion of short-term agreements into multiyear contracts
- Assist with contract-related projects involving government bids, distributor agreements, and national accounts
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, business administration, sales administration, or finance
- Strong experience with commercial contract drafting, review, redlining, and commercial terms & conditions
- Experience managing multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal or industry experience preferred
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: $45–$50/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
