About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Computer Systems Validation Specialist to support validation activities for regulated systems within a life sciences environment. The ideal candidate will have strong CSV execution and testing experience, along with hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud validation experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute computer system validation activities in a regulated/GxP environment.
- Develop, review, and execute validation protocols and test scripts.
- Perform test execution, document results, and manage discrepancies or validation issues.
- Prepare and maintain traceability and supporting validation documentation.
- Support validation activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and system changes.
- Work closely with IT, Quality, business, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the validation lifecycle.
- Support validation documentation and ensure compliance with applicable GxP requirements.
- Independently execute validation activities with limited oversight.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of hands-on Computer System Validation (CSV) experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated life sciences environments.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud validation experience is required.
- Strong hands-on validation execution and testing experience.
- Experience developing and executing validation protocols and test scripts.
- Experience documenting test results and managing validation discrepancies.
- Working knowledge of GxP, CSV principles, and regulated system documentation.
- MasterControl, Veeva, or Blue Mountain RAM validation experience preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to independently execute validation activities with limited oversight.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)
- W-2: $65–$70/hr
- C2C: $75–$78/hr
- Final rate will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
Salary : $65 - $70
