- Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repairs, including managing vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Manage lease agreements, including negotiating lease terms and renewals
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and budgets related to property management
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that may arise
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Experience in facilities management, including overseeing maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate lease agreements and handle tenant relations effectively
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize property revenue
- Familiarity with property maintenance best practices and building codes/regulations
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
