Key Responsibilities
Policy Development & Coordination
- Support the oversight, management, and coordination of complex sensitive programs and activities
- Assist in planning, directing, and developing policies related to sensitive activities and special operations support
- Provide rapid-response support for time-sensitive issues requiring senior leader decision-making
- Conduct research and analysis on intelligence and intelligence-related policy, programs, and activities
- Gather, synthesize, and prepare background materials, briefings, and read-ahead products for senior leadership engagements
- Support efforts related to counterterrorism, irregular warfare, and special operations initiatives
- Assist in the development, review, and revision of strategic guidance and policy direction
- Support coordination, assessment, and reporting efforts related to sensitive activities
- Contribute to implementation of policy-driven solutions that enhance decision-making processes
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Special Operations Forces and/or clandestine operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in policy development, analysis, or recommendations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-tempo, high-stakes environment while managing multiple priorities
- Experience supporting OSD, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command environments
- Familiarity with HUMINT, sensitive activities, and DoD policy frameworks
- Experience preparing executive-level briefings and decision support materials
