Front Office Supervisor Qualifications:
- 4 year Degree. Degree in Healthcare Administration or proven experience in a Medical Supervisor role a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all staff levels of the organization;
- 5 years Supervisory experience
- Experience in Healthcare or Medical field (preferred)
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong problemsolving abilities and patience
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software including high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Positive candidate to enhance in JMA Pediatrics positive team work

- Oversee the overall operation of the front office including phones, checkin, checkout, and scheduling;
- Communicate and facilitate timely and efficient patient flow throughout the clinic;
- Ensure patient satisfaction and quality care outcomes;
- Scheduling, training and support of nonclinical staff;
- Facilitate nonclinical staff development and motivation to ensure a positive environment with goal setting and ongoing performance evaluations;
- Prepare Monthly/Weekly/Daily reports using Word, Excel, and Access;
- Attend Supervisor meetings with management and other clinic staff;
- Organize and facilitate policy and procedure development and maintenance;
- Maintain and protect sensitive and private information by keeping patient records confidential in accordance with Practice, HIPAA, local, state and federal laws and regulations.
