Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed mechanical BIM models and construction drawings using Revit
- Manage BIM project workflows, model organization, and drawing coordination
- Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards
- Support interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection efforts with other trades
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to improve constructability and coordination
- Assist in developing and improving BIM standards, workflows, and modeling best practices
- Revise and update models throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and model files
- Proficiency in Revit for mechanical drafting and modeling
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination workflows
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and mechanical plans
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical construction
- Familiarity with Navisworks or clash detection software
- Experience with Revit family creation and template management
- Understanding of MEP coordination processes and field installation workflows
