- Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and inventory management
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery operations including production, quality control, and scheduling
- Support onboarding and development of bakery staff
- Ensure product consistency and high-level brand standards
- Implement processes and SOPs for the new opening
- Collaborate with ownership and support a positive team culture
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
