We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow residential and commercial contractor accounts throughout the St. Louis market. This role focuses on developing relationships with builders, remodelers, and contractors while selling building materials and related construction products.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business and manage existing contractor accounts
- Conduct job site visits and customer meetings
- Prepare quotes, follow up on bids, and close sales
- Build strong relationships with residential and commercial contractors
- Track pipeline and sales activity through CRM tools
Qualifications
- 2 years of outside sales experience in building materials, construction products, or related industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Existing contractor relationships in the St. Louis market preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
