We build and rebuild hydraulic core splitters, roll stands, dual rotary sheeters, and decurlers for paper converting facilities across North America. Compensation & Perks
- $25-$32/hour based on experience
- 40-hour weeks with overtime opportunities

What You'll Do
- Install and commission dual rotary sheeters, core splitters, roll stands, and decurlers
- Perform knife changes, blade alignments, and precision adjustments
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (up to 480V)
- Replace and tension belts and drive systems
- Conduct equipment rebuilds; train customer operators
- Provide phone and on-site technical support
Travel Expectations:
Travel is variable based on customer needs:
• Some jobs are local (1-hour drive)
• Some are regional (multi-day trips)
• Some are cross-country assignments

Requirements
- 3 years industrial maintenance or field service experience
- Hydraulic system troubleshooting ability
- Experience with knife/blade changes and belt tensioning
- Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs; willingness to travel
Preferred
- Paper converting or corrugating experience
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- VFD programming or welding (MIG/TIG)
