- Manage carpentry tasks including rough and finish carpentry, framing, cabinet installations, and millwork.
- Use online project management systems to track project progress, document communications, and manage schedules.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, designers, and trade partners.
- Supervise and mentor carpenters and subcontractors on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Organize and manage material flow, inspections, and schedules.
- Coordinate with the Construction Manager to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Ensure that job sites are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner at all times.
- Follow all company protocols regarding job site conduct, customer property, and safety equipment.
- High client satisfaction with each project, delivered on time and within budget.
- Strong, productive relationships with clients, team members, and trade partners.
- Consistently high-quality workmanship and professional conduct on every job site.
- Minimum of 5 years of remodeling experience with a focus on carpentry and project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient with project management software (e.g., Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and teams.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Compensation: $36 - $40/hr
