As our Construction Manager, you will lead all field operations and production staff, ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, on budget, and with industry-leading quality and client satisfaction. You'll oversee personnel, trade partners, schedules, budgets, safety, and workflow--driving efficiency, consistency, and excellence from sale to final walkthrough.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop all production staff
- Maintain an environment rooted in professionalism, integrity, and collaboration
- Manage schedules, budgets, scopes of work, permits, inspections, and procurement
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and trade partners
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and quarterly development conversations
- Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to JM Construction standards
- Oversee the production team's performance, ensuring projects meet or exceed budget expectations, quality standards, and timelines. Continuously track gross profit and client satisfaction levels.
- Attend all key project meetings (handoff, pre-construction, progress reviews, final walkthroughs)
- Consistently delighted clients

- Strong, healthy relationships across clients and trade partners
- Budgeted gross profit achieved through smart planning and management
- Projects that meet or exceed quality expectations and are delivered efficiently
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential remodeling team management.
- Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and trade partners effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driving record
