Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service appointments.
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and automotive technology.
- Ensure the service area is organized and customer-friendly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
