Painter – Manufacturing Environment (B Shift)
We are seeking experienced painters to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using spray guns in a manufacturing or industrial setting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Schedule: Primary Shift (B Shift): Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Candidates must also be flexible to work: A Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
- Pay increases to $20.50–$24.00 per hour based on performance and upon hire-in
Responsibilities
- Operate spray guns to apply paint and coatings to manufactured parts/products
- Prepare surfaces and materials for painting
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain painting equipment and work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience using spray guns in a manufacturing environment required
- Ability to work efficiently in a production setting
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work either shift as needed
