JLUXLABEL is a online clothing company with over 2M Instagram followers, known all around the world for trendy designs and one of the fastest emerging womens fashioin compnaies. We are currently hiring for a detail oriented and reliable in-house Fashion Apparel Production Coordinator.
Potential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating documents such as W.I.P., Range Plan, Style book, Order Status/Summaries & any other data entry reports.
- Assist in managing trim inventory – heat transfers, metal goods, woven labels, care and content labels and ensure each vendor has what they need for each order.
- Assist in leading the quality control teams checking production stock & communicating comments.
- Assist the Design & Creative departments in organizing orders for each season & collection by creating line-sheets.
- Assist in billing/payments & verifying purchase orders for accuracy of styles, colors, quantity & pricing with vendors & contractors.
- Create & manage barcode labeling (digital & manual) for vendor & contractor distribution.
- Maintain organization of stored fit samples & fabric swatch libraries.
- Continually update systems with any changes made to each garment.
- Become familiar with a variety of accounts & their respective quality & pricing requirements.
- Follow calendar deadlines by managing appropriately & following up when needed.
- Work with operations to identify areas of opportunity to improve system functionality.
- Familiarity with creating Tech Packs is helpful, but not required
- Assist in any tasks needed to keep the department running efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,852.00 - $62,048.00 per year
