Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager located in Brockton, MA. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including activities within accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. The Accounting Manager will also be responsible for preparing the month-end and year-end close processes with our outsourced financial partners, overseeing accurate and timely billing, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Experience managing accounting operations;
- People management skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with leading edge technologies and accounting software such as Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel and other in house applications
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
