- Support workplace strategy team on large complex projects and assignments
- Analyze complex workplace data to deliver actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making
- Create clear, well-organized Excel and PPT deliverables including data visualizations, tables, models, reports, and analyses that stakeholders can easily understand and use
- Translate large datasets into clear, concise metrics, scorecards, and executive reports
- Conduct thorough data lookups, cross-referencing, and verification to ensure data integrity across multiple sources
- Proven ability to create clean, logically organized spreadsheets that are immediately understandable to others—formatting, labeling, and documentation
- Intellectually curious with genuine interest in exploring data, identifying trends, and continuously improving analytical methods
- Utilize advanced Excel, data visualization tools, and analytics platforms to process information
- Independently manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion with minimal oversight
- Lead stakeholder communications and present findings to senior leadership
- Comply with all Jones Lang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice
- Support workplace team with various administration tasks including executive presentations, onsite and virtual training
- Build and maintain professional relationships across all key program stakeholders
- Provide support for Workplace Strategy, Continuous Improvement and Market Planning teams for a large international client
- Proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions without prompting
- Provide superior client service in all interactions

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- 1-2 years of practical experience in an Analyst role required
- Experience in real estate or change management is preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency required: must demonstrate expertise with complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested IF statements), pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and working with datasets of 10,000 rows
- Ability to build analytical models and automated reports independently is essential
- Self-directed work style with proven ability to manage projects independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines without regular supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor when interacting with all organizational levels, from site staff to C-suite executives
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly and respectfully to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
