What this job involves:
- Leads day-to-day facilities operations for assigned client location in downtown Seattle.
- Ensures exceptional workplace experiences while managing a comprehensive range of facility services.
- Serves as the primary on-site facilities representative, coordinating service delivery, addressing workplace needs, and supporting organizational objectives.
- Requires advanced problem-solving abilities and operational leadership to maintain a productive, comfortable, and efficient workplace environment.
- Oversee daily facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, and workplace services. JLL does not manage other on-site business support functions such as food and beverage, security, IT, or AV
- Serve as primary point of contact for workplace-related requests, issues, and service needs.
- Leads the coordination of maintenance activities with vendors, the JLL on-site team, and building management.
- Manage workplace service requests through use of the client's work order portal, JLL’s work order CMMS Corrigo, and in some cases landlord’s work order systems, ensuring timely response and resolution of all requests and findings.
- Coordinate space planning activities including moves, additions, and changes, as well as periodic assigned desk audits.
- Oversee inventory management for workplace supplies, furniture, and equipment.
- Lead small workplace projects such as minor renovations, furniture installations, and space reconfigurations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and quality assurance checks of service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee service performance against agreements.
- Support the development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures.
- Coordinate on-site events & meetings using client's events planning portal.
- Assist with emergency response and business continuity planning.
- Manage site operations within monthly budgets
- Other duties within JLL’s scope to support the client’s objectives and the team as needed.
- 1 years of experience in workplace services, facilities management, or related role.
- Knowledge of facility operations, systems, and service delivery models.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Proficiency with facilities management systems and service request platforms.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
- Background in project coordination and implementation.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in facilities management (FMP, CFM, or equivalent).
- Experience in technology company environments or similar corporate settings.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and workplace technology solutions.
- Background in space planning and workplace strategy implementation.
- Experience managing operational budgets and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in workplace operations.
- Background in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting workplace transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of building regulations and workplace standards.
- Background in hospitality or service management.
- Experience leading small teams or supervising staff.
- Position is based at client's office, requiring regular on-site presence during business hours M-F 8-5pm
- Involves moving throughout the facility regularly, requiring comfort with standing and walking for extended periods.
- Includes occasional physical activities such as moving light furniture, handling supplies, and accessing various building areas.
- Requires regular computer use for administrative tasks and reporting.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
