Required Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related field.
- The position requires 5-7 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in facilities management, real estate, professional services, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms are essential.
- Proven experience managing strategic supplier relationships and conducting competitive sourcing processes is required.
