What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead and manage multiple healthcare construction projects simultaneously including new builds, renovations, and expansions
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee procurement process including contractor selection and contract negotiation
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Conduct weekly site visits and inspections to maintain quality control while providing weekly field reports
- Prepare and present weekly project status reports to client and senior management
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members while staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare construction
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7 years of experience in project management with focus on healthcare construction projects
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Understanding of healthcare facility operations and compliance requirements
- Experience with complex project coordination and stakeholder management
- Experience with sustainability and LEED certification in healthcare projects
- Knowledge of healthcare construction protocols (ICRA, ILSM)
- Understanding of medical equipment planning and infrastructure requirements
- Experience with occupied healthcare facility construction
- Advanced project management certification (PMP, CCM)
- Knowledge of healthcare technology systems and integration
- Experience mentoring and developing junior project management staff
- Understanding of clinical workflow and patient care considerations

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
