What your day-to-day will look like:
- Client & Stakeholder engagement
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Tactical Operations Oversight for both Occupancy Planning and Space Data Insights Teams
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all matters related to Occupancy Planning and Space Data Insights
- 7 – 15 years of experience in corporate environment, with space / occupancy planning and space data management at the strategic level
- Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations
- Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software
- Structured approach to problem-solving with natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Exceptional communication skills with excellent active listening abilities
- Ability to assess problems, analyze information from multiple perspectives, and develop logical and innovative solutions
- Commercially and financially astute
- MBA
- Proficiency in Nuvolo CAFM software
- Critical thinking with ability to tell a story through data
- High emotional intelligence to recognize and understand emotions of team members and colleagues
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Exhibits managerial courage in directly handling performance issues
