Key Responsibilities
Contract & Vendor Management
- Serve as primary contact for contract services
- Oversee all vendor contracts, ensuring contractual requirements are met
- Host vendor site tours, equipment reviews, and resolve vendor conflicts
- Own SCM Site Orientation process and at the request of the Facility Manager, solicit bids for goods and services
- Conduct SFMEA reviews and serve as liaison between vendors and client for approvals
- Create and manage purchase order checkbooks and project tracking
- Enter quotes, submit On-Demand requests, and obtain necessary approvals
- Manage complete purchase order lifecycle from creation to closure
- Process vendor invoice approvals and compile month-end accruals
- Oversee On-Demand project execution and monthly close-out activities
- Support Variable Support Manager and Shift Supervisor personnel and provide coverage when needed
- Review Corrigo work orders and ensure timely completion and closure of all vendor partner services.
- Create E1 purchase orders and resolve BTAP and GRNV issues
- Prepare and distribute weekend work lists and compile operational reports
- Coordinate snow removal operations, planning, and salt inventory management
- Schedule preventative maintenance, annual inspections, and other vendor support services
- Support plant events including shutdowns, recognition events, and VIP visits
- Complete Safety Incident Reports and ensure action item implementation
- Participate in weekly/monthly client and JLL operational meetings
Education & Experience
- Minimum 5 years industry experience in manufacturing environment, third-party service provider, or facility management support
- Proven contract management and vendor relationship experience
- Supervisory experience with facilities or operations teams
- Proficiency in Corrigo, Maximo and E1 systems
- Strong understanding of purchase order lifecycle management
- Ability to interpret contract language and terms
- Experience with procurement and bid solicitation processes
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and supervisory capabilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Financial acumen for budget and cost management support
