Responsibility Product lifecycle and collaboration Work with regional biz partners in Localization and Operations to build and promote excellent, scalable enterprise web applications Oversee and champion your ideas; promote them forward using research, presentations, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and/or Request for Proposals (RFPs) Promote agreement among globally distributed teams (e.g., Design, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, Partnerships, Customer Support, Legal, Advertising) and promote full-lifecycle product delivery Build cross-cultural relationships with partners to influence and agree on your product feature prioritization and push for release plan Prioritize user stories, defects, and enhancements to ensure that the Product team provides the Product vision Product Strategy Analyze competitor and similar products, articulate new technology trends in training/race performance measurement Study app user behavior: summarize qualitative observations and quantitative insights to identify jobs-to-be-done and prioritize potential solutions Communication Lean on your project management skills and follow-up with partners, staying on top of deadlines and communicate changes in delivery dates or scope to management and team leads Distill requirements, share feedback, and facilitate discussion among project team members Use collaborative tools to sketch and determine preliminary experiences and user journeys Plus 2B SaaS platform (mobile) project/ product experience CRE industry project/ product experience To apply you need to be Proven product building background with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into creative and engaging output. Proficiency with software development methodologies such as Agile and experience working with Scrum teams. Experience with Agile software development tools such as Jira or other Agile reporting tools. Aptitude for understanding, digesting and analyzing complex systems integration, and flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks. Fine communication skills and presentation skills with the ability to illustrate ideas and creativity for both engineering and non-engineering background audience. Strategic Thinker with data-driven mindset who can make assumption, search for data-points and other evidence, dare to try something different with limited info, and courage to admit making mistake and courage to retry Ability to work some flexible hours due to varying time zones across JLL’s regions. Work experience and Education Credentials Bachelor or master’s degree in business management, information management, electronic engineering, mathematics, physics, etc. MBA or similar post-graduate studies is preferred.
