Compensation Range: $96,000 - $120,000
Location: Detroit Metropolitan & Wayne County Airport (On-site).

- Ability to influence, partner and operate strategically with key stakeholders & all JLL personnel.
- Ability to lead accident/incident investigations and report-out within reporting deadlines.
- Ability to lead inspections with the client, Wayne County, MIOSHA, MI DEP, etc.
- Ability to generate reports in professional and timely manner.
- Ability to learn, use and manage multiple management systems for facility maintenance, environmental reporting/tracking and incident reporting.
- Coordination of critical HSE training as well as tracking certifications to expiration.
- Assist the operations and engineering teams in project planning, JHA creation and training.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other subject matter experts and support teams on the account.
- Positive, proactive, energetic approach to safety management. Ability to demonstrate initiative and show foresight in relation to existing and potential problems.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to deal with all people at all organizational levels, internally and externally.

Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience developing, implementing, and managing HSSE programs
- Appropriate recognized Professional HSSE qualifications and memberships
- Practical experience of problem solving HSSE issues in a dynamic/diverse environment and implementation of risk control systems and processes.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Transportation or Manufacturing settings.
- A Lean & Agile approach to leadership and stakeholder management – able to operate effectively in a matrix structure.
- Experience of implementing HSE technology platforms and data management tools across multiple countries & regions.
- Practical working knowledge of up-to-date tools and techniques within a real estate environment and management of risk across a complex multi-site property portfolio.
