Work Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Salary/Comp: $60,000 annually

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Sort, distribute, and track incoming mail and packages using automated systems
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, packages, and bulk shipments with quality checks
- Collect mail from the post office and manage timely delivery throughout the facility
- Coordinate with USPS and express carriers to track, trace, and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain mailroom organization, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
- Order and manage office and cleaning supply inventory
- Dispatch work orders to vendors and collaborate with the facility management team on site maintenance and event setup
- Anticipate client needs, respond to concerns, and identify potential operational risks.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of related mailroom, logistics, or administrative experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic computer programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a courteous, responsive approach
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under time pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in a corporate mailroom or client-facing facilities role
- Familiarity with automated mail tracking systems
- Background supporting high-profile clients or tech industry accounts
