This position is on-site in Bellevue, WA.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Support property managers with tenant communication, responding to inquiries and coordinating maintenance requests to ensure tenant satisfaction
- Assist in conducting property inspections and documenting findings, identifying opportunities for operational improvements and preventive maintenance
- Help prepare and organize lease documentation, tracking critical dates and coordinating renewal processes with property management teams
- Participate in vendor management activities, including obtaining service quotes, reviewing invoices, and maintaining vendor files
- Support the creation of property reports and presentations, compiling occupancy data, financial metrics, and operational highlights for client meetings
- Assist with property events and tenant engagement activities that foster community and strengthen relationships within our managed buildings
- Shadow experienced property managers during site visits, client meetings, and team collaborations to gain practical insights into the profession
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in real estate, business administration, facilities management, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate or property management through coursework, projects, or extracurricular involvement
Salary : $8,800 - $9,600
