The Facilities Supervisor will oversee the repair and maintenance activities related to general maintenance for the site. The focus will be site fabric (walls, doors, floors, windows, roof), grounds, drains, electrical, and other facility related equipment.

- Planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for GLP laboratory facility space.
- Coordinates with service providers:
- Pest Control: internal pest control inspections and reports.
- Internally performed Landscaping & Grounds, maintenance, tree trimming, and exterior weed control.
- Perform routine site inspections to ensure all office space and infrastructure in good condition.
- To ensure timely renewal of maintenance and/or service contracts with vendors.
- To ensure works carried out by contractors/service providers has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies, if any.
- Assists request/complains by employees on facilities need
- Works closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements.
- Maintains a safe and risk-free GLP space environment by following procedures, rules and regulations.
- Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties
- Participate as a team member in responses to emergency situations for facilities matters
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations on behalf of the client.
- Prepare monthly management report.
- Ensure effective completion of all incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards.
- Manage end user expectations and requirements.
- Proficiency with facilities management and maintenance tracking software
- Working knowledge of tools, maintenance equipment and utility vehicles
- Understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical
- Familiarity with commercial building codes and safety regulations
- Budgeting and forecasting skills to manage facilities expenses
- Contract management skills for overseeing vendor agreements
- Project coordination abilities to manage moves, upgrades and maintenance timelines
- High school Diploma or GED equivalency - Required
- Associates degree or technical certification -Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or technical certification. – Preferred
- At least 10 years’ experience working in and/or managing facilities teams in a regulated environment. - Required
