What will you be doing as a Facilities Manager?

Pay $90,000 - 125,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary

What will you be doing as a Facilities Manager?
- Manage facilities team and vendors in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Collaborate with Critical Systems and Engineering to develop integrated FM plan
- Build relationships with client stakeholders
- Work with Sourcing Manager on competitive bidding and service contracts
- Implement innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Execute short and long-term deliverables for client project
- Oversee development and management of operating budgets for each property
- Provide monthly/quarterly reforecasts and variance reports on operating budgets
- Assist with long-term sustainment plans for property portfolio
- Help develop and implement property manuals and operating procedures
- Contribute to 5-year capital plan development
- Ensure safe, reliable delivery of all IFM services within assigned portfolio
Required
- 5 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant, including people management.
- Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Solid organizational skills to manage complex operations effectively.
- Strong judgement, problem solving and crisis management skills.
- Technically proficient in operations of Building Management Systems, Life Safety Systems, CMMS, Visio and Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook) a plus
- A college degree
