What the job involves: As aSummer Intern in Facilities Management at JLL, you will:
- Engage with Operations Managersto gain insight into operational leadership and team collaboration for a high-performing account
- Receive one-on-one mentorshipfrom a Regional Operations Manager to expand your technical skills and understanding of integrated facilities managementpractices, learning how building maintenance is coordinated for a world-class client.
- Develop and produce inspection and maintenance instructional videos in collaboration with technicians for use by technical staff, operations managers, and property managers.
- Utilize Corrigo (CMMS) to assist local teams with work order management
- Assist with facility inspections to identify and document deficiencies and needed repairs
- Develop skills in vendor management for both hard and soft services
- Support compliance and safety standards
