RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the strategic terrestrial site infrastructure plans for Infrastructure locations
- Navigate across all contracting, legal, regulatory, engineering, and technician teams to accomplish site acquisition
- Collaborate and advise on domestic and international business strategy to leadership
- Create and present client documents, presentations, and reporting
- Assess candidate ground station technical feasibility using established engineering tools and protocols to achieve site engineering requirements
- Execute contractual, legal, and regulatory review of ground station sites, including zoning compliance, land use entitlements, and environmental due diligence coordination
- Prepare and organize domestic and international regulatory body licensing paperwork with internal regulatory team and coordinate with third-party vendors supporting due diligence and permitting execution
- Business or Engineering degree (mechanical/electrical engineering, finance, or business degree) or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience leading business development, procurement of highly engineered products or services, and financial analysis of complex business deals
- 3 years of real estate, land use, or entitlements experience
- Ability to prepare, review and negotiate global deal structures
- Ability to negotiate complex legal agreements, terms, and conditions in conjunction with legal counsel.
- Certified in program management
- Experience with permit tracking platforms or project management tools
- Ability to prepare, review and negotiate global deal structures across a global team
- 2 years of regulatory experience
- Familiarity with environmental due diligence processes, including Phase I ESAs and environmental risk screening
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to deliver results expediently with a high sense of urgency
- Self-starting, able to identify areas for improvement with minimal direction
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
- Skilled at sales, or eager to learn
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
