The compensation range listed below represents total target compensation, which includes base salary plus eligible bonus potential. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, geographic location, and market conditions.

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Provide production support including:
- Preparing comprehensive marketing materials including proposals, engagement contracts, and offering memorandums; drafting customized property marketing materials via PowerPoint.
- Scheduling team correspondence, appointments, and organizing calendars/travel arrangements.
- Assist with managing executive CRM, assist with outreach and client management & research; assist with meeting and events scheduling.
- Help research and curate client prospects via proprietary databases.
- Lead and coordinate high-value client events including dinners, corporate offsites, and special events.
- Minimum 4-6 years of related sales and/or executive support, marketing, or communications experience
- College degree required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as project & deadline focused personality. Strong desire to outperform peer set.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Claude/Anthropic experience a plus
- Real Estate/Finance background preferred, or Business Development/Sales
- Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
- Ability to work overtime on short notice and provide backup support to other teams

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
