What this job involves PPM Coordination Support the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules for building systems Track work orders, update PPM logs, and ensure timely completion of tasks Technical Support: Assist manager in diagnosing and resolving equipment failures (e.g., HVAC, chillers, BMS) Conduct routine inspections and identify areas for improvement Documentation & Compliance: Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, and compliance documentation Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with third-party service providers for maintenance and repairs Monitor contractor performance and ensure service quality Emergency Response: Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent FM issues Interested?
