What this job involves - The Account Lead, Southeast Region will lead account and real estate activity across the Southeast for a key financial services client. This leadership role ensures alignment with client objectives and operational focus while providing regional integration and oversight of Project Management (PDS), Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Engineering services, and other Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Service Line operations.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Build and maintain superior client relationships with regional clients to ensure seamless service delivery across the Southeast Region
- Lead regional teams in executing account vision and strategy while achieving operational priorities (performance, cost, uptime, etc.) and managing integrated service delivery with alignment to COEs and client objectives
- Understand scope and manage deliverables of all services within the region that is made up of a mix between administrative & retail sites
- Partner with Service Line Leaders to implement strategic initiatives and drive regional plans that exceed client expectations and KPIs
- Proactively
- manage/mitigate risks that come up within the team and day to day operations in connection with regional leaders
- Collaborate with HR on talent management including bench assessment, performance management, talent reviews, promotions, and corporate development initiatives
- Identify and implement leading practices and innovations that can be leverage by JLL on and off account
- Maintain compliance with all JLL policies and procedures, including ethics and business practices

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business, Real Estate
- 10 years in real estate management and leadership
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive-level internal and external clients, maintaining client focus while translating vision into executable strategies
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Working experience with core Microsoft products including knowledge of BI & Data analytics with ability to influence decision making
- Experience working with a Financial Services Organization
Travel Expectations:
- The team is embedded with the client at various sites throughout the Southeast Region (FL, GA, AL). Primary location being in FL: Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and GA: Atlanta.
- Position will require limited travel to regional offices as necessary.
Salary : $170,000 - $210,000
