Job Posting: Fiber Optic Lineman Foreman
We’re seeking an experienced Fiber Optic Lineman Foreman to lead field crews working on fiber optic projects in Louisiana, Texas, and Alabama. This is a travel position with a two-weeks-on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate fiber optic lineman crews in the field.
- Support safe, efficient completion of fiber optic construction and installation work.
- Help manage daily jobsite activities and ensure work meets project requirements.
- Communicate with crew members, supervisors, and project teams.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fiber optic lineman work is required.
- Foreman or crew-lead experience is preferred.
- Must be willing and able to travel to project locations.
- Must submit professional references and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report to be considered.
Travel and accommodations
- Two weeks on the job.
