Job Overview
GTS is seeking motivated 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR Fiber and Cable Installation Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining fiber optic and telecommunications cables in residential, commercial, and outdoor settings.
Requirements:
- Install fiber optic cables, telecommunications network cables, and related equipment in various settings including residential and outdoor locations
- Must OWN equipment necessary to complete the work provided, including truck, van, or SUV that can carry a 28' extension ladder.
- Must OWN all tools necessary to complete work provided.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass required drug and background screening
- Insured and bonded (requirements will be provided)
