Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial facilities, or hospitality environments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques
- Care for floors through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance
- Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as polishing and carpet cleaning
- Experience with sanitation procedures and janitorial responsibilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members
- Basic familiarity with laundry processes and housekeeper management is a plus
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as needed
