Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of indoor areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques, including pressure washing and floor buffing.
- Utilize hand tools and industrial cleaning supplies to remove dirt, debris, and stains from surfaces such as floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
- Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to maintain safety during all cleaning operations, including when handling hazardous materials or working at heights
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving bulky or heavy cleaning equipment or materials.
- Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks, safety checks, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleanliness of their facilities.
Experience
- Prior experience in Residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidates
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and manual labor is essential.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills will support your success in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across multiple sites.
