JLD Hardwood Floors in Southern New Hampshire is hiring a full-time hardwood floor installer & refinisher.
Job Description:
Wood floor installer and refinishers
Responsibilities include:
- Subfloor preparation, layout, and installation of hardwood flooring.
- The ideal candidate/team member will also have experience in sanding, hand scraping, and finishing wood floors, but willing to train the right candidate.
JOB DUTIES:
- Clearly and effectively communicate with the project manager.
- Preparation of the subfloor.
- The application of moisture barriers.
- The installation of unfinished wood.
- Sanding, coloring, and finishing wood floors.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- The ability to complete custom wood floor projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the hardwood flooring trade.
- Clean driving record & the right candidate must have a valid driver license.
