Overview
Garage Force is hiring Concrete Floor Installers to join our growing team. We install high-performance concrete floor coatings for residential and commercial spaces—typically completing projects in just one day.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with opportunities to grow into a Lead Installer position for reliable, high-performing team members.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare concrete surfaces (grinding, repairs, coating removal)
- Operate equipment (floor grinders, hand grinders, shop vacs, etc.)
- Mix and apply coating systems and finishes
- Assist with decorative and custom floor applications
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently (often in a single day)
- Interact professionally with customers on-site
Requirements
- Reliable, on-time, and strong work ethic (non-negotiable)
- Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts on your feet
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to travel to job sites across NH & NW Boston (no overnight travel)
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Epoxy or concrete floor coatings
- Floor polishing or grinding
- General construction or painting
Compensation & Benefits
- $24–$25/hour starting pay (based on experience)
