We're on the hunt for a Bar Manager / Supervisor at our West Fargo location. What You'll Do
- Deliver legendary guest service.
- Learn and master our food and beverage menus.
- Properly pour beer and confidently guide guests through styles, flavor profiles, and ABV.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to create exceptional guest experiences.
- Operate our point-of-sale system with confidence.
- Help oversee food quality, beverage service and overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Be able to open and close the bar.
- Keep standards high while keeping the vibe fun.
What We're Looking For
- A leader who enjoys working with people. Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food & beverage industry is a plus!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who takes pride in hospitality and teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
