What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant / Bar Supervisor - Entry Level position at Pepper's Sports Cafe?

Prior work experience required in Food and Bar service; with a successful history in a leadership position (shift leader/trainer) 2 years. This is an entry level supervisor position.
In this role you will work with our team to provide great service and customer experiences, while ensuring company standards are meet. A history of positive team coaching and a strong background in food & bar service; will prepare you for this position. Able to step in to assist staff where needed .
Duties
- Work with staff to deliver top-notch service in a friendly and professional.
- Ensuring consistent quality and safety standards are met in food and beverage service and preparation,
- Train new staff members on company specs, policy, procedures, safety protocols, and POS operation to ensure consistent performance.
- Help resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Experience in basic food preparation in casual dining environments.
- Must be available to open and/or close shift
- Opportunity for tipped shifts
- Knowledge of Xcel Worksheets and cash handling.
- Background in hospitality with skills in team leadership and staff training.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
