HVAC Maintenance Technician or HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician or HVAC Service Technician to join our growing commercial team.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control systems
- Perform system startups, testing, and performance checks
- Install commercial HVAC equipment and components as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards on every job
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and controls
- EPA Universal Certification required, and NATE certifications are a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and diagnose complex system issues
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying conditions
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
