What We Offer

• $35.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience

• Annual earning potential of $78,000 to $90,000 with overtime opportunities during peak seasons

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment

• Service rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, boilers, VAV systems, and commercial controls

• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and system performance testing

• Install and replace commercial HVAC equipment and components when needed

• Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues

• Complete accurate service documentation and communicate findings with customers and office staff

• Follow company safety procedures while maintaining a professional appearance and work environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of three years of commercial HVAC service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience working with commercial refrigeration systems, electrical controls, schematics, and HVAC equipment

• EPA Universal Certification required

• NATE Certification is a plus

• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

• Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, in mechanical rooms, and other commercial environments

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Strong communication skills and commitment to outstanding customer service
