We are currently seeking a polished, organized, and hospitality minded Showroom Assistant to join our Cherry Creek showroom team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined, fast paced environment, enjoys working closely with people, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences through thoughtful service and operational excellence.

Schedule

Wednesday through Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Position Overview

As a Showroom Assistant, you will support the daily operations of our Cherry Creek showroom while helping ensure every client interaction feels seamless, welcoming, and elevated.

You will work closely with our sales and leadership teams to maintain the luxury presentation and personalized service JK Diamond Co. is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a warm, polished, and professional presence both in person and over the phone

• Manage incoming calls and direct communication appropriately

• Coordinate appointments while following all showroom security procedures

• Prepare the showroom before and between client meetings, including refreshments, presentation materials, and overall presentation of the space

• Support the sales and leadership team with day to day operational and administrative needs

• Maintain an immaculate showroom environment through light cleaning, organizing, dusting, and sanitizing

• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and deliveries

• Support inventory and supply management for showroom operations

• Assist with administrative projects and day to day operational tasks as needed

• Help create a calm, organized, and elevated experience for both clients and team members

Qualifications

• Positive, self motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced luxury environment

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Comfortable interacting with a wide range of personalities and clientele

• Must successfully complete a background check
