The Role As a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician, you will be dispatched from your home to diagnose, repair, and maintain light commercial refrigeration equipment across the Bay Area.

What You Will Do:

• Troubleshoot, service, and maintain light commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines.
• Perform occasional equipment installations and retrofits.
• Interact professionally with diverse clients, acting as the face of the company.
• Manage your daily route efficiently across our primary service areas (San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, the East Bay, and Napa/Marin regions).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked take-home company van.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience servicing commercial refrigeration systems and troubleshooting ice machines.
• Technical Aptitude: You don’t have to know everything, but you must have a rock-solid foundation in refrigeration fundamentals and a genuine willingness to learn and grow alongside a strong core group of techs.
• Attitude: Professionalism, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented mindset are mandatory. We want problem-solvers, not idlers.
• Location (Strict Requirement): You must reside within the immediate Bay Area (SF, San Jose, Oakland, East Bay, or Napa/Marin). Due to heavy drive times, we cannot accept candidates commuting from the Central Valley (Stockton, Modesto, Tracy, Lodi, Sacramento, etc.).
• Clearances: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and standard EPA certifications.
