The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services and compliance— in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world. Our strong knowledge of our customers’ financial processes, understanding of their requirements, controls, and business drivers, and a continuous-improvement mindset allow us to deliver consistently high-quality operational results worldwide. The GS FS&I Manager supports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitions, divestitures and/or acquisitions projects. The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines Key Responsibilities: • Supports the GS Finance to execute FS&I projects according to the project strategy and milestones • Partner effectively with key stakeholders across different functions, including external consulting companies involved on FS&I projects • Responsible for communication of project status to all project stakeholders and senior leadership.
