We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
- Assist with training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Requirements
- First shift begins at 4am and requires a responsible person to open the kitchen and begin food preparation. Second shift is 2pm-10pm
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of meal preparation, food handling, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.
- Certification in food safety is a plus but not required.
- Hair follicle drug screen is required

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
