The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities. This role involves handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, assisting team members, and maintaining organized systems within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare and edit documents
- Maintain filing systems (both electronic and paper)
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Greet and assist clients or visitors in a professional manner
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate office communications and ensure timely follow-up
- Accurately maintains lock box inventory and codes.
- Performs general secretarial duties (typing, filing. etc.) for Broker and sales agents.
- Prepares monthly agent floor time schedules.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
